The Plan: To thru-hike the Pacific Crest Trail. The PCT is 2,663 miles long and ranges in elevation from just above sea level at the Oregon-Washington border to 13,153 feet at Forester Pass in the Sierra Nevadas. The route begins at the US-Mexican border and ends at the US-Canadian border. The PCT passes through 7 national parks and 25 national forests. Our goal is to become Triple Crowners: AT, PCT, CDT.

Hooray, it's great to hear from you and see the progress. There's a surprising amount of green to be seen in these shots - and the flowers are a great bonus! Early morning seems to be especially nice - the air looks fresh and pleasant.
ReplyDeleteAre those socks on Mike's hands? Looks like you both have some good sungear going on. I also especially like the pic of Mike at Cottonwood Creek--a refreshing scene to come across. Remember the oasis we hiked to in Anza Borrego State Park on that trip with Ingrid? You are very near that area now.
